Smart Price Packaging is a California-based provider of custom B2B packaging solutions. Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our services, this policy is designed to comply with applicable business regulations under the California Business and Professions Code and the California Civil Code (including Civil Code §1723 regarding refund policy disclosures).

Custom Orders Are Final Sale

All our packaging products are made-to-order based on each client’s specifications. As such, returns and refunds are not permitted for reasons including:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect file submissions
  • Misjudgment of colors, materials, or finishes

California Law Note: As per CA Civil Code §1723, this “All Sales Final” policy is clearly disclosed to you before purchase and confirmed upon order approval.

Design and Proof Approval

Before any production begins, you receive a digital proof. You are responsible for checking:

  • Spelling, logos, and graphics
  • Layout and box dimensions
  • Orientation and structural accuracy

Once a design proof is approved in writing (email confirmation or digital approval), Smart Price Packaging is not liable for any errors subsequently discovered.

Manufacturing Errors or Damages

We accept claims if your order is defective or different from your approved proof due to our error. To file a claim:

  • Notify us within 5 business days of receiving the product.
  • Include photos, a description, and your order number.
  • We may ask for return of the defective items for evaluation.

Qualifying errors include:

  • Incorrect box size, shape, or die-cutting
  • Major print misalignment or smudging
  • Severe physical damage during our packaging process

If verified:

  • We may reprint and resend at no cost.
  • Issue a partial/full refund or store credit.

Shipping Damage and Third-Party Carriers

We are not responsible for damages caused by shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.). If damage is carrier-related:

  • Document it immediately with photos
  • Contact us for help in filing a claim

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations are only accepted before production begins. Once digital proof is approved, orders become final.
  • Refunds, if approved, are processed in 7–10 business days and returned via the original payment method.

California State-Specific Notice

Per California law:

  • This Return and Refund Policy is clearly posted on our website and provided at the time of checkout.
  • Refund exceptions are granted in cases of verified defects or legal nonconformities.
